Long Term Organizational Development Experts/ Consultants

Counterpart is looking to expand its roster of organizational development experts to support our growing portfolio of capacity building and civil society development projects. Organizational development experts will be called upon to support programs located in a variety of development contexts, including conflict zones; further, through our civil society programs we support the full spectrum of institutional partners ranging from government agencies to community-based groups. Longer term assignments include project management for component start up until OD activities can be handed over to local teams to manage.
