The mission of the Customer Administration Change and Implementation team is to accelerate improvements to the customer experience by making our global organization, processes, technology and our commercial model simpler so that we can deliver faster and more efficiently while significantly improving the customer experience.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Conduct business analysis to ensure the process supports meeting the programme deliverables

-Support the overall Program Manager with stakeholder management, process planning and communications

- Main areas of focus and responsibility will be BAU system and process rationalization and integration

- Engage with regional process, learning roles and key end user teams to deliver effective improvements (to both support business objectives and really work to help customers too)

- Work with global cross-functional teams and system development groups to design and deliver automation that meet our business benefit cases

- Responsible for business analysis and project co-ordination for the delivery of process improvements and new systems

- Support project management of projects from start to finish. Understand information required to identify project participants, goals, objectives, activities and constraints.

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses. *

Degree Educated

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:

5+ years in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, PMO work or System Deployment role

Six Sigma experience a plus.

A proven track record in a role where business analyst expertise in technical, product, financial markets or systems has been developed

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:

· Enthusiasm and ability to manage and implement change.

· Six Sigma
