Duties: The Coordinator will assist the Promotions Manager in concepting ideas and working out details of digital sponsorships across NASCAR.com, Y! NASCAR, PGA.com, PGATOUR.com, and Y! Golf. Primary responsibility is to assist in the development of proactive and reactive sales materials including sales presentations, video case studies, screen grabs, sponsorship trackers and calendars. Coordinator will provide promotion and sales support to all NY and national offices. Coordinator will also work closely with Site teams to ensure Production and RFP processes coordinate and work with sports linear marketing to ensure that information is being shared and that both teams are working to garner the most media $$ for Turner/Time Inc. Must be a creative self starter who can work with limited direction and tight timelines,. Must also be a resourceful problem solver. Other responsibilities include: Researching cultural, marketing and consumer trends in primary and secondary sources for insights that can be used as a basis for marketing strategies Tracking down media assets for use in presentations Creative brainstorms with relevant constituencies Gather project results and enter into tracking programs and project management systems Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers.
