Dell is strategically organizing around solutions groups in key technology domain areas, and networking is an integral component of this strategy. The data center is the battlefield of today’s enterprise, and the networking domain is one of the most critical elements of the next generation data center. As a visionary marketer you will lead by establishing Dell as a credible and significant player in the networking segment collaboratively culminating in a networking storyline focused not only on Dell’s networking prowess, but also highlighting Dell’s broader enterprise message of open, integrated virtual stacks for the data center. Effectively marketing these technologies requires a skilled approach to traditional marketing, social network marketing and emerging approaches to message delivery. Are you ready for the challenge?

Delivers integrated marketing plans that meet segment financial goals, align with vertical initiatives, and capitalize on market trends and opportunities within the segment/vertical. Responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing programs to meet the growing needs of the solution and segments. Drives overall segment marcom strategy, including budget recommendations, roadmap planning, recommendations on content theme & vertical callouts as related to segment business needs. Supports sales training and enablement. Utilizes 3rd party customer data and direct customer interaction information to provide feedback to the product group and messaging team.

Relationships
- Work with the Senior Leadership team to ensure segment alignment with marketing plans
- Work across messaging, creative and planning teams to ensure best in class program execution in alignment with Regions marketing plan
- Work with CRM, Sales ops, BI and Infrastructure team to ensure key customer insights and growth opportunities are extracted and communicated out to the countries, in alignment with integrated marketing plan
- Work with Program Team and Infrastructure team to ensure proper measurement execution is put in place and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for future program/activity modifications and enhancements

Job Duty Differentiators
· Leads the development and execution of the SMB Networking go-to-market plans.
- Develop the Networking marketing programs including online activities, messaging, CRM segmentation, sales engagement and readiness.
· Applies deep networking product and deep client expertise around relevant technology.
- Develop domain expertise in MB networking offer and solutions, and provide insight to the sales and local marketing teams.
- Engage with the local marketing team to ensure the alignment with local strategies.
- Conducts market opportunity analysis, and participate in development of product line strategy
- Determine most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize sales productivity.

Skills
- Extensive experience in a solution selling or marketing position.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology, services & enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem: consulting, system integration, software, hardware.
- Strong knowledge in the Medium Business customer decision cycle.
- Strong knowledge of the different IT role in an end user organization.
- Business experience with strong skills in planning, project management and leading project teams and virtual teams.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to lead a conversation and cross functional communication
- Team player across teams and countries
- Ability to deliver in a changing environment (new processes, new org structures)
· Advanced analytical skills, particularly with statistics and competitive analysis.
- Fluent English; a second (or third) major European language is a plus
- Microsoft Office with a special focus on Powerpoint and Excel.

Education
· Advanced ability to negotiate co-marketing plans and budgets.
· Undergraduate degree and relevant experience or Graduate degree and relevant experience.
