DIRECTOR – INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL IMPACT BONDS

Social Finance is a pioneering organisation that develops financial products to meet the needs of investors and social purpose organisations. We support social organisations to raise and deploy capital, work with government to deliver social change and develop social investment markets and opportunities.
In 2010, we launched the first Social Impact Bond in Peterborough. Social Impact Bonds have generated significant interest in the UK and globally. Social Finance established a sister organisation in Boston to meet the growing demands from the US. We are working in partnership with other countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and Israel, to help them launch Social Impact Bonds in their markets.

Social Finance is seeking to create a global network of intermediaries to develop outcome finance models, share learning and experiences and enable investment across a range of social issues.
