Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible to optimize all front desks and call centre activity with guests lead to potential sales outcomes. Ensures Etihad reservations and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented. Deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations

Requirements
Minimum high school graduate with 2 years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role; *AMADEUS* - courses in reservations and ticketing expereince preferred.
You must :
  • Have right to leave and work in China
  • Have knowledge in airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course.
  • Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions.
  • Good written and oral English language skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and to short lead times.
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
  • Have good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
  • Numerate.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Ensurs all revenue, yield, volume and EY Holidays targets achieved.
  • Monitors queues, issue PTAs and assist with TODs.
  • Ensures all monies accounted for and TSR tallies.
  • Completes pre-flight checks to agreed standards.
  • Ensures ticket stock correctly logged, stocked, stored and all material properly stocked and displayed.
  • Keep up to date on product, service, policies procedures.
  • Ensures telephone enquiries are answered within 3 rings.
  • Sell up on 20% of sales opportunities.
The IndividualOperating Environment:

· Duty within standard retail opening hours

· Travel for training etc if required

· Assistance at airport in support of EY ground operations team if required

· Unsocial hour in support of sales functions etc if required
