The Buildings & Infrastructure business unit comprises of a team of 50 people who provide first-class structural engineering services to a broad cross section of private and public sector clients across Brisbane and Perth. With a number of landmark health, educational and institutional projects, we are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join the Perth team.

The role:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Business development
• Leading design teams
• Team building
• Client relationships
• Project management

The ideal candidate:

You will have the following skills and attributes:

• Degree in Structural Engineering
• Significant (10 + years) relevant civil/structural experience
• Proven leadership attributes, particularly in relevant technical/specialist field
• Share your high level technical expertise with others
• Be skillful in design, design management and people management
• Communicate effectively with others to achieve your goals
• Be able to self manage as well as assist others to manage their workload
• Be a team player willing to assist and guide inexperienced staff.
