Tax Compliance Manager - Global Mobility

We have a vacancy within our Global Mobility Team for a Tax Compliance Manager to support the Tax & Remuneration Lead and wider Global Mobility team on all aspects of global tax and payroll compliance in relation to cross-border assignments.
This position is responsible for managing the global day-to-day payroll and tax compliance processes and managing day-to-day key vendor relationships, ensuring the performance of these vendors to provide a customer focused, cost-effective and compliant solution.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the Company global tax and payroll risk in relation to international assignees and work with Tax & Remuneration Lead, Global Tax Departments and Global Tax Advisors to help define long-term solutions and support day-to-day queries and program matters
  • Manage and implement international assignee payroll and tax policy (including Benchmark current mobility practices/industry trends to ensure continuous improvement
  • Analyze program and service gaps
  • Gather and review employee and management feedback
  • Identify current and future needs and help build business case for policy change
  • Provide education to stakeholders regarding policy and process expectations
  • Support implementation, communication and coordination policy changes)
  • Management of Processes (including: Develop and maintain manual and automated tax and social security processes; manage internal functional partnerships with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance & Reward on operational tax issues; Review and suggest improvements to the Global Mobility processes; Recommend solutions on cross-border tax and social security issues, assignee payroll or assignee reward issues; Ensure integrity of global good management information in relation to tax and social security)
