International Technical and Vocational Education Training Consultant

Responsibilities
OIC International is seeking a short-term vocational training consultant to provide a comprehensive evaluation of OIC International’s vocational training centers in Liberia and make recommendations on how to meet the technical and vocational employment demands of Liberia. The consultant will assess, design and develop a technical and vocational education training (TVET) program in Liberia that will address the inadequacies in its TVET system and provide Liberian young people with employable skills.

Qualifications
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in international development with at least five years developing and designing TVET programs. The consultant should have prior experience working in close collaboration with African governments.
