Training Administration Associate for Maersk Crew Management Services Philippines Inc. - MCM Services

The Global Crew Support Department, a young and growing team responsible for arranging the training of seafarers, is looking for a confident and proactive individual to strengthen the team.

This position is responsible for:

· Managing reporting requirements, and other operational responsibilities related to trainings

· Managing the training requirements of seafarers globally. This includes arranging for a course, coordinating with seafarers, various training centers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is/has:

· Experience in training administration, and a background in the maritime industry

· Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and capability to engage with people of different backgrounds, both local and overseas

· Capable of following detailed procedures, working accurately with data, and having an overview of overall operations

· Capable of multitasking and working with individual and team targets and deadlines

· A positive attitude even when working under pressure

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken
