Application Support Intrasoft International

In the context of one of our assignments in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Administrative and Application support person
Role:
  • User assistance: Incident management and assistance to the end users of the information systems (financial applications, in-house developed)
  • Functional support
  • Involvement in call for tender and/or framework agreement preparation
  • Writing of documentation and preparation of training material (Manual & presentations)
  • Administrative management of the Database
Required knowledge and skills :
  • Experience in support functions, specifically application support functions.
  • Good writing skills, experience in call for tender is an asset
  • A excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite is a must
  • Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, fast learner, self starting capability and experience in team working
  • The candidate should be excellent in English both orally and in writing, French being an asset.
  • Excellent communicational skills such as politeness are required
  • Knowledge of financial sector is an asset.
  • Previous experience at the European Commission is an asset
