Adviser/Operations Officer: Concessional Finance and Global Partnerships
The World Bank seeks to recruit high caliber professionals for the following positions:
Adviser (Vacancy #121771)
Operations Officer (Vacancy #121783)

Both positions are with the Global Partnerships and Trust Funds Operations Department, involving the following work: Trust Fund Policy and Advisory Services, Partnerships, Data and Reporting, Donor Relations, and Program Administration of a number of programmatic Trust Funds and the Development Grant Facility.
Responsibilities
Candidates will engage on strategy, policy and operational work dealing with trust-funded financing instruments, aid coordination, partnerships and donor relations, working closely with the various institutional groups involved.
Selection Criteria
Candidates for the Adviser position should have an Advanced Degree and 15 years of relevant experience (with a Masters Degree) or at least 12 years experience (with a PhD), in development economics, public policy, finance, or related field across regions and/or sectors.
Candidates for the Operations Officer position should have an Advanced Degree and 5 years of relevant experience in development economics, public policy, finance, or related field across regions and/or sectors.
Candidates should have a commitment to development and posses excellent analytic and communication skills.
