EUS - Customer Tele-Service Representative - English - Shenzhen - 客户服务专员 (Conversion)

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
-Upstanding English Skill (CET6+), Good command of oral and written English. Excellent English Skill is preferred
-Excellent communication, telephone manner, technical skill and interpersonal skills
-Experience of managing a team within a Helpdesk environment.
-Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office software.
-Ability to lead teams effectively.
-Good knowledge of helpdesk operations, 1- 2 years team leader working experience is required.
-Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, overtime and crisis situation, and at odd hours
-On-shift duty is required
-Can accept flexible working hours

Role and responsibilities:
Provide help desk support to end users for SAP applications:
-Handling telephone calls, e-mail and fax
-Verify and log every call by following predefined policy and procedure
-Diagnosing problems and determining the severity
-Referring problems to supporting groups
-Updating the user on the call status, and confirming with the user that problem is fixed
-Ad hoc project and administration support

  • Must be willing to work on night shift when rostered.

    -能够准确的把问题派送到相应的支持组
    -及时向用户报告问题处理的进程以及问题解决后要和用户进行确认
    -对新的项目予以支持和管理的工作

    Requirements:
    Major in computer application or IT related education certification
    Basic knowledge in SAP is preferred
    Mandarin Speaker
    CET 6 while fluent English skill is preferred,
