Fundraising and Marketing Officer, Switzerland

To develop, plan, implement, manage and deliver effective direct communication and marketing strategies for various audiences to achieve agreed targets for funds raised, as well as acquisition, consolidation, retention and reactivation of individual private donors. To closely monitor and evaluate all direct marketing campaigns/programmes and provide regular updates, reports and recommendations for improvement; and manage external suppliers, agencies and related financial resources.
