Head of Insight, Supporter and community partnerships department

Would you like to combine your outstanding analytical and leadership skills to help us create a culture in which the investment decisions of the department are aligned to make a significant difference in the lives of people living in poverty?

In this exciting new role you will ensure that Christian Aid’s Supporter and Community Partnerships Department (SPD) has objective insight on all aspects of supporter engagement and partnerships for change, to enable strategic decision making and improve our performance.

Reporting to the Supporter and Community Partnerships Director, you will lead our Insight team in working across a department dispersed in over 20 office locations to gather and interpret internal and external research and data leading to stronger understanding of both the operating environment and our performance. Using your expertise to lead research and data-gathering, you will lead in shaping a culture of work in the Department Leadership Team which means that decisions are evidence based, that goals and results are measurable and that our performance systems and processes are fit for purpose.

Christian Aid has a large, generous and active supporter base throughout the UK and Ireland. We now need to further improve our relationship with these supporters and find ways to engage them more holistically in Christian Aid’s work.

You will have experience or either the commercial or charity sector, and relish taking responsibility for improving business systems and inspiring culture change in organisations. You will share our vision of a world freed from injustice and want to use your professional and leadership skills to achieve it.
