Senior Financial Instruments Advisor AMI Corporation Ukraine

AMI Corporation is an international development consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC providing economic development consulting services to the private and public sector throughout the developing world in a number of areas of economic and social policy, including: agriculture development, competitiveness, finance, workforce development and institutional capacity building.

Currently, we are seeking Senior Financial Instruments Advisor candidates for an upcoming USAID-funded financial sector development program in Ukraine, aimed at improving Ukraine’s financial system transparency, effectiveness, security, and conformity with international standards and practices.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate degree in finance, business, economics, law, or other relevant subject;
• Fluent in English;
• Ukrainian and/or Russian skills are preferred;
• Must have a blend of senior level experience in providing policy advice and training in areas such as government debt issuance, capital markets development, derivatives, and commodities and securities trading;
• Prior experience in European markets and NIS region;
• A proven ability to work collaboratively with USAID and other donors;
• Familiarity with the political and economic dynamics in which this project will be implemented.
