Aligning compensation and benefits
You will be responsible for the development and execution of a Global Total Rewards Strategy at a European level. Close cooperation with business unit leaders and HR Team members is required in order to design, implement and deliver reward and recognition programs and an approach aligned with the regional and functional goals. Coordination with US Comp & Ben resources is critical to ensure alignment between regional initiatives. You will create, implement and execute job description and evaluation processes through business partnering, creating job families and establishing a grading system. You will also provide benefits catalogued per country, manage the annual European Merit Review Process, participate in salary and market surveys and manage external vendors and service providers for Comp & Ben activities.
Translating regional needs into an entire international program
You have a bachelor or a master’s degree and 7-10 years’ experience, including practical experience in Compensation & Benefits in an industry environment. You are used to working with different cultures and are willing to travel across Europe up to 30% of your time. You have the ability to build things from scratch and create structures. You have project and process management skills and a passion for building relationships and business partnering. You are highly persuasive, a strong communicator and are very fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an asset. You have strong analytical skills, an eye for details and you like solving problems.
