Human Resource and Admin Officer

Reporting To: HR/Admin Manager

Our client, in the medical field and currently operating multiple clinics wishes to fill the position of a Human Resource and Administration Officer.

The position is full time but will be on a consultancy model for first six months, after which the contract will be reviewed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading/Supervising the redesigning of JDs to reflect HR needs, and drawing up the authority- reporting channels, responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Design and manage Career growth and goal setting program for all employees.
  • Design and manage appraisal mechanism to reward employees on the basis of merit.
  • Participation in recruitment of staff in a proven fair system.
  • Coordination of training programs.
  • Coordination of Performance Management Assessments.
  • Review of the HR Handbook, Service Operating Procedures and Policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with the employment laws.
  • Management of administrative controls of procurement.
  • Management of office administration.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any other Business related field.
  • A post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in the medical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Ms-Office.
