The University is currently investing substantial resources in a major programme of expansion to build on the School’s existing platform of excellence and to enhance Northern Ireland’s international reach and reputation.
The successful applicant for the Senior Lecturer position must have a track record of publications at an international research standard in any field of Economics, or at least offer clear evidence of such potential in the case of the Lecturer position. However, it would be advantageous if the candidates could teach one or more of the following specialist areas: Macroeconomics, International Economics, Econometrics, International trade, Applied Industrial Organisation, Applied Economics and Labour Economics.

Salary scales: Lecturer - £32,620 - £47,905 per annum (including contribution points).
Senior Lecturer - £46,510 - £58,917 per annum (including contribution points).
