As a result of the successful growth of our organization we are now searching for a:

COMMUNITY MANAGER
MINING & METALS INDUSTRY

You will be responsible for managing relationships between the World Economic Forum and leaders from the mining and metals sector. You will act as the primary interface between our organization and key industry sector contacts including CEOs, corporate senior executives, related government ministries and subject matter experts to coordinate their involvement in events and engagement in task forces and initiatives. You will create and maintain account plans for our Partner companies, and will design as well as execute industry-related activities such as regional and project meetings.

You will be responsible for growing the membership and partnership base of the Forum's Mining & Metals community by cultivating key strategic relationships and aligning the projects, initiatives and meetings of the Forum with the strategic concerns of the mining and metals industry. You will also work closely with relevant leading officials from national governments to identify their current and future interests and help translate identified issues and priorities into meeting agendas, workstreams and projects.

You will join the Forum as part of our Global Leadership Fellows Programme (www.weforum.org/glf). As such, you will be fully integrated in the World Economic Forum and benefit from an intensive work and learning experience intended to develop and train future leaders of global enterprises and international organizations.

We expect you to possess demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent team/communication skills, and a broad intellectual background with a Master's degree. You have three to five years of professional experience and ideally some business development experience in the mining and metals industry in an international environment. You are fluent in English and at least one other language.
