A large entertainment company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Communication and Support Analyst
Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Qualification
Minimum 3 years applicable experience
Basic knowledge of decoders and peripherals, home networking and interconnectivity
Basic understanding of consumer electronics and home networking trends
PC literacy: At least mid-level competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

DUTIES


Technical product communication and support services to Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Operations training teams
Technical product communication and support services to the Africa Business
Compilation of FAQs and other product related communication
Maintain a knowledgebase of known product defects to speed up infield query resolution
