Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

HTSPE is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert to nominate in their bid for the EC Framework Lot 10 project entitled:

Mid-Term Evaluation of the Programme: 'Strengthening Quality Management, Capabilities and Infrastructure in Syria'

The main objectives are to carry out a mid-term evaluation of the performance of the Quality Programme and provide the Syrian government and the EU with an analysis of its relevance, impact, efficiency and sustainability.

Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

At least 10 years experience in development of monitoring and evaluating systems

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science)
• Excellent knowledge of Project Cycle Management and EC procedures
• Excellent IT knowledge (e.g. establishing databases)

Assignment duration: 45 days, starting 3 April 2011
