Salary: competitive INGO salary

Lead, Inspire, Transform

Join our brand new teams across Africa, and you'll help us build on what we've achieved in our 30-year history – changing the way people think about water and sanitation, and putting these issues higher on the agenda than they've ever been. In this way, you'll help us transform the lives of millions of Africa's most vulnerable people, as you bring about change that’s never been seen.

You will support both the Regional Programme Manager and Regional Advocacy Manager in regional programme planning, development, effectiveness, quality assurance, learning, reporting and overall assessment of our impact in your region. This will involve producing reports, assisting in budgeting, production of planning documents and ongoing tracking, analysis and evaluation of programmes as well and organising and hosting regional events and conferences.

Qualified to degree level, you must have experience of the development sector (preferably the water and sanitation sector) as well as report writing, project planning, financial planning and monitoring. Strong written and oral communication skills will be backed by strong research skills, the ability to deal with qualitative and quantitative information, initiative, team skills and the ability to multi-task.

All roles require extensive travel.
