You will have evidence of high quality teaching and curriculum management within Higher Education. Previous experience of medical undergraduate teaching would be advantageous. For clinical appointments full registration with the GMC would be essential.

You will be expected to contribute equally to the College's teaching and research missions including engagement in teaching/curriculum development and curriculum leadership/management. You will be carefully line managed to ensure that an appropriate portfolio is developed. This research aspect of the post will be based in a new purpose built facility in Truro, with close links with colleagues at other College research institutes, and both parent universities of Exeter and Plymouth. As Public Health and the Environment curriculum lead your responsibilities extend across all the localities within Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry

This position is offered on an open ended contract and will be based in Truro. The post could be an appointment to the University of Exeter or University of Plymouth (to be discussed with the appointed candidate) and is open to both clinical and non-clinical applicants.
