Our team has offices in eight countries and a collective 1000+ years of experience in forest products.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Brussels office. This position plays a key role in renewing, cross-selling, up-selling and supporting our extensive market intelligence suite of products. Pulp & paper companies, consumer products companies, mill suppliers and financial institutions are among our long list of customers.
Primary Responsibilities
As the Inside Sales  Representative,  you will split your time between proactive selling and  post sales support calling into the European, Asian and Latin American  markets.  You will prospect new customers and contact existing customers  to assist with renewing and upgrading their services and  subscriptions.  Responsibilities will also include special calling  campaigns such as selling new editions of annual reports, market  research, usage campaigns and follow-ups on incoming sales leads.  The  ideal candidate will quickly learn our products and markets, effectively  execute sales calls using top-notch phone closing skills, plan and  organize opportunities and follow-ups, and track progress and results in  Salesforce.com.

Skill Sets Required
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with knowledge of other languages an asset
- 1-2 years inside sales, telemarketing or customer service experience in a high volume environment; b-to-b experience a plus
- Ability to connect with customers over the phone to successfully close new business
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional phone manner a must.
- Demonstrate time-management and organizational ability
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
