Are you skilled at using databases and building collaborative relationships across cultures?

We are looking for a Registered Child Specialist to act as liaison between World Vision UK and World Vision’s National Office managers, to ensure the right number of children are registered for sponsorship in preparation for all marketing campaigns.

For this role we need a proactive and experienced office worker, skilled at using databases and ideally with stock control or process management experience.

To be successful in the role it will be necessary to build effective relationships with World Vision staff around the world, including by influencing via email and Skype.

The successful applicant is likely to:

  • Be educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Be proactive and organised
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Be familiar with MS Excel spreadsheets and formulae
  • Be able to handle repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently
  • Be highly skilled in building relationships, including across cultures
  • Have knowledge of data protection and child protection
  • Have a passion for World Vision’s work as a Christian relief, development and advocacy charity, transforming the lives of the world’s poorest children
