Invitation to Tender: Consultant to facilitate the CARE Conflict Community of Practice Annual Workshop

CARE International UK (CIUK) is seeking a consultant to help prepare and to facilitate a 4.5 day workshop for the CARE Conflict Community of Practice. The consultant will be a highly competent facilitator, with the knowledge and experience to provide expert input on specific workshop sessions on the subjects of: theories of change for the design; monitoring and evaluation of peacebuilding projects; building conflict sensitive approaches in projects, organisations and partners; and creating effective working groups in communities of practice. Experience of working with communities of practice is preferred as is a background working on peacebuilding or conflict issues with international organisations.

The workshop will take place from 28 November to 2 December 2011 near Tonbridge in the UK.
