Innovation Experience Manager
Salary £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

If you are a marketing professional with a talent for delivering engaging customer communications in order to build loyalty, why not transfer your expertise to make a real and lasting difference for children in some of the world’s hardest places?
We are embarking on a bold strategy to transform the lives of 8 million of the world’s poorest children. We believe everyone who works for World Vision makes a real difference in the lives of those children every day. Your role will be to develop and project manage the product experiences for our new products that will help to build our brand awareness, excite our supporters and grow the vital funds we need to bring hope to the children who need it most.
Your challenge will be to engage and retain supporters with each new product and to do this you will need to:
- Be a marketing professional educated to degree level
- Have a proven track record in traditional and online CRM, with many examples of success in delivering impactful and engaging communications
- Have a proven track record of using test results to inform decision-making
- Be a skilled project manager who builds influential and collaborative relationships in order to deliver a successful project
- Have experience managing the implementation of place best-in-class systems and infrastructure to support new products, including websites and income tracking systems
- Be adept at managing several projects at a time
- Have a passion for applying your professional skills to help children living in poverty.
