We are embarking on a bold strategy to transform the lives of 8 million of the world’s poorest children. We believe everyone who works for World Vision makes a real difference in the lives of those children every day. Your role will be to lead a small team in developing and delivering a product innovation pipeline that serves to build our brand awareness, excite our supporters and grow the vital funds we need to bring hope to the children who need it most.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to identify and prioritise the greatest opportunities, working closely with colleagues across World Vision to develop those concepts and drive them through to launch, transforming the experience people have of giving to charities like ourselves.
You’ll be a good thinker, have strong analytical and project management skills and feel confident and comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders. You’ll be an experienced line manager who can both inspire and motivate their team to deliver outstanding results.
You are likely to:
- Be educated to degree level with proven success in product innovation / new product development roles
- Have evidence of success influencing and achieving through others
- Enjoy bringing creative ideas to fruition in order to achieve commercial success
