Government Relations Team Administrator
Salary: c. £9,500 pro rata (plus London Weighting)
Based: Victoria, London
Hours: 20 hrs a week
As the world’s largest overseas aid charity, we deliver real change for millions of children in the hardest places in the world. The UK Government Relations Team leads our engagement with political decision makers ensuring that we have a strong, influential and credible voice to leverage change for children in poverty.
Coming in to a new role, you will be supporting a busy Government Relations team, organising and managing meetings, travel and various events as well as setting up systems and providing administrative support across a range of tasks. Your work will involve effective information management and working with colleagues from across the World Vision partnership to support the smooth running of the team.
This is a role with constant variety, so you’ll need to be able to make an impact from your first day. Fully capable of managing and prioritising a conflicting workload, you will bring great interpersonal skills, a high level of flexibility and everything it takes to operate without supervision.
This role requires someone highly organised with great attention to detail. You will certainly possess strong IT skills.
This is a part time role and we can be flexible around the best work pattern for the right candidate.
