With over 35 years of experience, we hold a leading market position managing nearly € 30 million in consultancy projects per year.
Accelerating our growth, we are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to strengthen our Financial Sector team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Acquisition

  • Formation of consortia;
  • Preparation of prequalification documents;
  • Expert search and recruitment;
  • Preparation / coordination of technical and financial proposal;
  • Budget planning;
  • Developing and marketing of new financial sector products.

Project Management

  • Contract management;
  • Project planning and supervision;
  • Budget management and control;
  • Networking;
  • Project monitoring and evaluation;
  • Execution of project related backstopping missions;
  • Execution of short-term consultancy missions in assigned areas of expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in the area of finance or economics or equivalent background;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in banking or banking related consultancy/ training business;
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas is considered as a strong asset: banking supervision and regulation, risk management, transformation, micro and SME banking, refinancing in developing countries and emerging markets;
  • Profound project management expertise;
  • Proven ability to work in intercultural teams, and willingness to travel;
  • Fluency in English and German is required; French and Spanish would be an asset;
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, reporting and IT skills.
