Leads sales activities within a large sales organisation focusing on strategic customer relationships.



Drives the sales strategy creation. Leads large sales teams in implementing complex account and/or product strategies. Is responsible for ensuring the sales team meet its' sales targets. Is responsible for profitability of sales organisation.



Customer Relationship: owner of the customer relationship for Asia South, responsible for relationship strategy and coordination of NSN contacts with the customer
Account Management: Accountable for business execution, after sales and managing the business including all internal processes (e.g. strategy, demand planning, project execution, sales, resource management, incl. Bid manager staffing according to bid resource guidance)
Leadership: provides goals and leadership for the people working in Asia South and ensures that the all CT in Asia South countries works efficiently
Technology : Strong in positioning technological and business trends with the CxO level
