MX-Brand Manager Refreshing Beverages Mexico

Position Overview:

Define and implement brand strategy.
Work with multifunctional teams to
implement activities.
Brand Assessment and opportunities definitions.
Define innovation pipeline.
Portfolio strategy.
Channel opportunities and brand
recomendation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage Fruit beverages Business in order to deliver the BP growth objectives and continue consolidating KO fruit drink business leadership , while winning and leading consumer preference and Brand Love
• Understand the category, competitors and KO brands in order to develop or fine-tune the current KO fruit drink and Megabrands strategies , and to define white spaces based on the CBL ( Base business and innovation).

• Develop, Lead and execute the brand growth strategies & innovation pipeline based on the BP ,This includes:
o Develop communication strategies and briefs for advertisings, promotional and experiential
campaigns and trade marketing execution programs
o Project Management and team support on CIF inn vation process. Develop & execute innovation pipeline.
o Financial Management of value chains, P&L, etc.
o Close follow up on monthly sales results and SOM by region and revenue stream to act promptly and ensure brand and business objectives.

• Manage the relationship with all the brand’s stakeholders: Commercial Strategy, Channels, Connection Planning, K&I, Technical, PAC, and Bottlers.
• Ownership and Accountability in all projects
• Manage immediate team: brand coordinator
• Budget management

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:
An experienced, highly strategic and energetic marketer with 4 years experience as manager
( marketing / trade marketing ) , who is not afraid of taking new challenges and of “rolling up his/her sleeves” in order to lead a complex business challenge is required for this job. Specifically:

- Analytical skills:
- Deep Strategic Thinking: Capable of crafting a long term business strategy and envisioning how the business should be in the long term. The person should have experience in strategy development.
- Drive for results: Able to act with the end result in mind, advising Senior Management timely when obstacles get on the way and upper decision must be taken to keep going forward.
- Team work & leadership: Capable of working with and inspiring others to deliver brand plan objectives under the pressure of a very high competitive environment and very tight due dates.
- Business vision :
- Project Management: Clear understanding and dominance of a project management process and stages in order to be able to lead and follow up on key tasks and stakeholders.
- Coca-Cola system knowledge desirable

Must have 4 or + years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in consumer products. Must demonstrate strong business and marketing skills. Need to demonstrate solid project management skills. Thought leadership to inspire and guide a team to achieve established business goals is essential.

Educational Requirements:
College Education – MBA (if possible)
English: Fluent (spoken and written)
