Reception /Administration Assistant
Salary: £14,137 per annum

Requirements: We currently looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our offices located in Landor Street, Birmingham, where the job holder will provide reception, administrative and book-keeping support services.

Reporting to the Admin and Support Manager the job holder has the responsibility to ensure that an excellent level of service is provided to TIC management and supporters through telephone or face to face contact. The job holder will make decisions within an established remit.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have a pleasant and efficient telephone manner, with proven administrative and book-keeping skills. Be a good communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise his/her own work and deadlines. Good computer skills and experience of MS word, Excel and database along with knowledge in booking double entry system are essential. The position requires a willingness to work longer hours, when required.
