Salary: £17,400 per annum

Requirements: We currently looking for a Human Resources and Health and Safety Officer to work in our offices located in Landor Street, Birmingham, where the job holder will provide support in the various human resource function which will include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. The candidate will also be responsible for formulation, monitoring and implementation of the Health and Safety policy.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have knowledge of employee relations processes and employment law legislation, together with experience of Health and Safety. The position requires travelling and a willingness to work longer hours when required.
