This is a local hire position with a starting annual gross salary in the range US$18,000 to US$22,000 (depending on experience) plus competitive benefits.

PATH is seeking a Senior Operations and Program Coordinator to lead PATH’s office in Cambodia. The Senior Operations and Program Coordinator will have primary responsibility for ensuring high quality administrative and financial management of all of PATH’s work in Cambodia, as well as being responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead strategic interactions with PATH’s Headquarters in the United States, and support project implementation and development by representing PATH with key stakeholders in Cambodia.

Reporting to PATH’s Field Programs Team in Seattle, the Senior Operations and Program Coordinator will: maintain and further develop office management systems; nurture office cohesiveness and staff development; manage relationships and represent PATH with government counterparts and in-country donors and development partners; coordinate interactions between PATH’s Cambodia and US based teams; ensure compliance with PATH, donor, and local government policies; support the development of annual budgets; monitor expenditures; act as team leader for the Cambodia office administrative team; coordinate all finance, administrative, and human resources functions within the office; and coordinate the development of new programming.

  • Knowledge of public health and health systems issues in Cambodia an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken Khmer and English skills.
Required Experience

Advanced degree in business, management, or related field plus a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of NGO management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in program management, coordination, and development. Experience managing complex partnerships and diverse professional teams. Experience managing US government funding an advantage.
