cipc Director: Labour Relations

Division: Labour Relations

Key performance areas: • Manage the Labour Relations Directorate • Oversee the investigation and record keeping of grievances • Oversee the management of disciplinary cases • Represent the employer in conciliation and arbitrations • Monitor the implementation of policies and collective agreements • Manage the facilitation of the employer/employee consultative forums • Manage strikes within CIPC • Monitor and review Labour Relations policies, systems, norms and standards • Represent CIPC as an employer in the bargaining chamber on matters of mutual interest.

Requirements: • Diploma/degree in Labour Relations • Honours/Master’s degree in Labour Relations would be an added advantage • 3-5 years’ LR experience • LRA experience essential. For job-related enquiries, please contact Adv Rory Voller at (012) 394-5377.
