The End Trafficking in Person (ETIP) Programme Manager will provide leadership and manage the ETIP Programme so as to ensure that the three pillar projects work interdependently and achieve the program goal. You will also support Pillar Managers implementing the ETIP Programme to achieve the planned goals and objectives; to empower communities in target locations in trafficking prevention, protection of trafficking victims, and policy advocacy.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can combine strong business disciplines , motivated by your Christian faith, to help others and model ethics in line with the Christian foundations and ethos of the organisation.. You will have a passionate desire to help others, especially children.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Ensure ETIP Programme is aligned with WV Regional and National Strategy Plans, and incorporate key Partnership strategies and program models such as CWBO, IPM, Advocacy strategy, and Child Protection strategy
• Coordinate strategic engagement with key partners, government, and other stakeholders to address human trafficking through the Coordinated Mekong Ministerial Initiative (COMMIT) against human trafficking process and other regional forums.
• Manage and lead, with the support of the regional pillar managers, the planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and evaluation of program activities to achieve the stated deliverables of ETIP on time and within budget
• Act as the strategic link and focal point of the ETIP Programme to senior leadership in the region, partnering offices, and the Global Center.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Technical knowledge in trafficking in persons/labour rights/migration issues and key actors in response.
• Technical knowledge on the Transnational Organized Crime Convention and associated Protocol on Trafficking in Persons, Convention on the Rights of the Child, ILO conventions, CEDAW, Recommendations from UN Special Rapporteur.
• Design Monitoring and Evaluation expertise; research, analysis and report writing
• Knowledge of policy debates and program response in the Greater Mekong Sub region.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, negotiating, networking and organizational skills
• Project Management experience
• Second language capacity relevant for the Greater Mekong Sub region
