Events & Sampling Project Manager Switzerland

JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure the high quality activation of brand assets, sampling and events in Switzerland by working closely with local Operations team and the Central Business Unit Marketing Team. Manage agencies and Bottling Partner to meet brand KBI’s and make sure all synergies and cost efficiencies are in place.

KEYDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development Brand activation plans
• Contribute in development of Business Unit experiential programs ensuring relevant country perspective
• Activate all music related events in operations territory for Coca-Cola (festivals, music events, grass-root events)
• Activate Energy assets and the relevant local communities
• Activate Sport related programs and events for all relevant brands in the portfolio
• Activate all Other brands assets
• Manage Sampling and Experiential activities: negotiating with the agencies, bringing best practices and concepts from the Business Unit team, coordinating internal and external partners
• Manage the overall work processes with Below the Line / event local agencies, following global guidelines
• Evaluation and effectiveness tracking of all assets on local level (using existing tools), suggest allocation of brand and events marketing budget
• Active Best practices sharing
• Influence and develop relationships with Bottling Partner and third parties (sponsors, partners, universities)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience/Education/Language:
- Degree level or equivalent
- 5-6 yearsofexperience including Marketing/Trade
- Marketing background essential.
- Events management.
- Agency management experience
- Experience on the Swiss Market required
- Fluent German and English skills required

10% Mostly within the unit
