Senior Marketing Activation Manager Sparkling Softdrinks Switzerland

JOB SUMMARY:
Grow volume, profits, share and equity in Switzerland for the Sparkling Beverage Portfolio by adapting centrally delivered Marketing Plans to local market in accordance with brand strategies and business plan activities for the Sparkling Beverages Portfolio in Switzerland (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Coca-Cola zero, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley, new innovations).

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Align with our bottler counterparts on strategies, plans and execution
• Ensure the execution of the planned activities together with the team and the bottling partner
• Contribute to the development of category(ies) & brand strategies and objectives for the Swiss market
• Propose vision, strategy and priorities for the respective category / market.
• Contribute in development of annual brand plans ensuring relevant country perspective
• Define the best OBPPC (Occasion-Brand-Pack-Price-Channel Mix) and portfolio for the respective category(ies)/ brands together with Knowledge & Insight Team, Commercial Manager and Bottling Partner
• Manage the work processes and projects with internal and external partners (agencies, marketing team)
• Participate in IMC (Integrated Marketing Campaign) development, amplification and secure implementation
• Suggests allocation and relocation of brand marketing budget within the category / market. Manage the DME for the category(ies) within the COA
• Best practices sharing
• Participate in joint projects when relevant
• Follow and apply Company processes, tools and procedures (Design Machine, Clarity, eLAF…)
• Manage local creative/adaptation agencies


RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Qualification/Experience :
• College or University Degree or equivalent
• 6-8 years experience, including: Marketing / Trade Marketing background essential, Channel marketing / Commercial experience is a plus
Experience on the Swiss market required

Language:
Fluent German and English language skills required
