function to be performed by these resources are

– Work with regional BDEs and support them in sales pursuits in presenting/preparing client specific solution materials
– Work with Global and Regional practice Leaders in refine Tower offerings and solutions to market requirements
– Develop the preliminary solution with the BDE , business cases, ROIs
– Support the development of the Client Value Proposition(s)
– Establish, develop and maintain ‘technical’ relationship
Work with Marketing in identifying potential clients that meet our offering value proposition
Work with SWG and GBS in building partnership - in both sales pursuits and in implementation services for specific offerings
Work with Solution Architect and Delivery teams in ensuring that they are aligned with the client specific solution
Transition a qualified opportunity to deal specific Solution Architects
Review end to end solution to ensure that the value proposition is strong and consistent with the pre sales cycle concepts

the desired profile of these resources are

- experience in selling/solution/delivery of assets/tool/vendor product based offerings
- good oral and written communication in local language / English
- good client facing and interacting skills
- ability to think out of the box and develop creative solution using the existing assets and tools
- technical background and ability to understand technology/assets
- experience in either eCommerce/ BPM or any of the towers or multiple of these assets
- Travel 80%
- engineering / MBA educational background
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English: Fluent

Preferred
  • Master's Degree
