FINANCE MANAGER, KUMBA IRON ORE, SISHEN MINE

Commercial and operational insight, effective performance management processes and rigorous financial control and corporate governance framework will be your main focuses here. You will be afforded the opportunity to challenge local business operations and optimise financial performance through driving budgets, forecasts and KPIs.

To apply, you will need a CA(SA)/CIMA/relevant degree, financial analysis experience and solid previous work in the mining sector. Strong leadership skills (show us you have successfully managed teams) are also essential. Mine planning experience, involvement in capital projects and in project management and experience in capital rationing and appraisals will be definite advantages.
