Project Manager Markets IPC

The International Post Corporation (IPC) seeks to recruit a project manager to manage and facilitate best-practice for e-commerce and direct marketing initiatives across the IPC membership.

Job specifications

  • Undertake secondary market research on best practice, case studies and innovation for marketing initiatives (currently the focus is on global e-commerce and direct marketing) that are, or maybe, crucial to the business development of IPC’s members;
  • Promote, manage, moderate and engage with online communities where postal marketing product managers from around the world regularly contribute to share best practice, case studies and innovative ideas with their peers;
  • Research, write and publish professional quarterly newsletters and feature reports on the latest market developments in the target market sectors for expert stakeholder communities.

Minimum requirements

  • 2-3 years’ successful experience in marketing product management / research / communications ideally in an international service industry, or association;
  • Demonstrably able to extract, substantiate or challenge key facts and figures from reports and other sources;
  • Able to research, structure and write business reports, to form conclusions and recommendations for action;
  • Excellent communicator able to establish and maintain relations with international clients;
  • Results orientated, pro-active, team player, able to work and actively contribute in a team environment;
  • Ability to write in English to mother-tongue standard as written communication is critical to the success of this position;
  • As English is the working language of IPC, a high standard of spoken English is also required, other European languages a plus;
  • Entitled to live and work in Belgium.

The Project Manager Markets reports to the Head of Markets.
