Traidcraft campaigns for trade and corporate justice. We are the UK’s leading fair trade organisation delivering a better deal for small producers in over thirty countries. We have successfully campaigned for curbs on supermarket power, changes to company law and for fairer EU trade deals.
About the role
Traidcraft has a history of successful and innovative campaigning on trade issues. We are about to launch a new campaign on business and human rights, and are looking for a creative and flexible Campaigns Officer to join our small friendly team. You will be helping deliver the campaign and ensure it is effective at achieving policy change. One week you could be planning a creative campaign resource, the next working on a stunt or social media action, and the next talking to Traidcraft supporters and inspiring them to get involved.
Experience Required
You’ll be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills, committed to social justice and able to work in a team. It’s vital that you have a good understanding of campaigning and how it can bring change.
