KeyResponsibilities

• Principal Duties &Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Accountable and responsible forupdating & maintaining ROHS compliance of EG Products. RoHS - Restrictionof Hazardous Substance.

• Accountable and responsible for endto end RoHS Engineering data compliance of commodities assigned to you.

• You will interface with global,regional teams within Engineering, Marketing, R&D, ODM’s, OEM’s and CM’s toensure compliance before product Launch in NPI and refresh programs.

• Proactively clarify queries andconduct reviews of noncompliant BOM structure to validate its RoHS statusaccuracy.

• Escalate and seek timely assistancefrom procurement engineers & core project team on Noncompliance parts.

• Accountable to Co-ordinate withSuppliers (WW) in getting ROHS letters.

• Responsible to Validate ROHSCompliance letters and update ROHS status in the system

• Share responsibility to perform BOMScrub, Extract data, Analyze Data, Prepare & Publish reports.

• Demonstrate value creation for theteam and business by way of process improvements, automation, standardizing& simplifying RoHS process.

• Generate and maintain recurringinformation reports quantifying the volume of requests addressed on aweekly/monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of engineering inMechanical, Electronics or Electrical discipline.

• 0-12 months of experience.

• Flexible to support US/APJ timezones.

• Familiarity/exposure withmanufacturing processes if they have had intern exposure during vacations orlast year.

• Familiarity/exposure to Product Data,exposure to BOM structures and engineering change during internship.

• Knowledge for computer hardwareindustry/products will be an added advantage.

• Good working knowledge of keyMicrosoft applications and computer skills which includes MS Office/Outlook andweb-based applications.

• Advanced knowledge in MS Excelfunctionalities will be an added advantage.

• Versatile to take up differentassignments.

• Should exhibit pro-active,self-driven interest to learn, probe and question why things are the way theyare.

• Excellent verbal & written skills for effectivecommunication is a must. Good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
