Description
HP’s Microsoft Dynamics practice in Australia is seeking a Graduate CRM Developer. You will be part of a highly skilled team which specialises in solutions for large Enterprises based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 Platform.
Duties
  • Participate in intensive training and mentoring program to develop an in depth understanding of the MS Dynamics 2013 SDK
  • Learn and applies best practice standards for development
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Prepare and execute unit tests
  • Apply growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. CRM Development)
  • Apply HP and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity
  • Configure end-user or enterprise systems
  • Work on problems and projects of moderately complex scope, under supervision of a CRM technical leader.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
Role description
  • Apply specialised knowledge to conceptualise, design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes
  • Interact with the Client and project roles (e.g.Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Engineer) as required, to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction
  • Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components
  • Understand and uses appropriate tools to analyse, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems
  • Apply metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters
  • Prepare system documentation
  • Conform to security and quality standards
  • Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies
Qualifications
Mandatory
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Experience in MS .Net technologies, especially C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
  • Experienced in web design technologies, including HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • UI designer skills with high attention to details
  • Self-directed learner who researches problems and techniques on his own initiative
  • Understanding of organisational constraints and processes
  • Organised and methodical
Desirable
  • Experienced in MS Dynamics CRM
  • Advanced knowledge or experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO and Web Services (WCF)
  • Strong knowledge in JQuery and AJAX
  • Comfortable with Visual Studio IDE and TFS
