Research Analyst, Litigation Consulting Group, Southern California
Research Analysts pay close attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, think analytically and critically, and have a strong desire to learn. They assist senior staff members in conducting economic and statistical research and analysis; collecting and synthesizing economic, statistical, and financial data; creating and managing complex databases and spreadsheets; and reviewing and preparing documents.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a 3.4 or higher GPA and a bachelor’s degree in economics or business-related fields. After gaining experience and demonstrating sufficient performance, Research Analysts may be promoted to the position of Senior Research Analyst. Senior Research Analysts contribute substantively to the development of methodologies and expert opinions, in addition to supervising Research Analysts. Following their tenure at Nathan Associates, Research Analysts and Senior Research Analysts often pursue graduate degrees at top universities.
