Next to ils current passion as a' leading provider of electricity is to be IT19re efficient, customer focused utility for Tanzania and beyond. The Company has the largest electricity generation, transmission and distribution network in Tanzania. In order to reach its goals, the Company is investing' heavily in its generation, 'transmission and distribution network, its business systems and human capital. TANESCO now invites applicants who are self-motivated, honest:hardworking and committed individuals to fill the under mentioned positions in Ubungo Gas Plant

Demonstrate impeccable performance track record;
Demonstrate highest degree of integrity, credibility, and character
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
Be capable of delivering excellent results while working under pressure with tight deadlines;
Possess knowledge and competency in related field;
Organizing, Planning and Problem solving skills;
Good team player;
CLEANER: 2 POSTS
REPORTS TO: SHIFT SUPERVISOR INCHARGE

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Maintenance of Plant Power House cleanliness at all times on daily basis and assist in the repair and maintenance of plumbing works in the station.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning the Generators floor.
Cleaning of Operation floor and Operations supervisors' floor.
Cleaning the standby diesel generator area.
Cleaning the entrance building machinery area.
Cleaning all the areas inside the power house.
Participate in team work activities on Repair and Maintenance as directed by the supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate of Secondary Education - Form Four.
Trade Test/VETA Certificate.
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package base on-performance and commensurate with the responsibility will apply to successful candidates.
