Junior & Senior Consultants - Flint Global


Flint Global is a new, rapidly growing high-end strategic consultancy. Flint provides integrated high-level advice, analysis and support for senior decision makers in businesses and other organisations. We focus in particular on the interface between business and government/regulatory authorities at the national, European and international level. We help clients avoid risks and identify, create and exploit opportunities arising from regulatory, legislative and policy decisions. Our senior staff have led large public sector organisations and businesses with direct experience at the very top levels of policy making, regulation and business. Flint will be based in London, and will open a further office Brussels in the coming months.
Who we look for
We are looking for exceptional people to join our expanding teams in London and Brussels.
Candidates for the junior consultant positions have:
  • a strategic and political mind
  • a keen interest in and a deep understanding of national, European or international affairs, policy making, competition and regulatory affairs, commerce and industry
  • a university degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • an acute business sense, entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and rigour
  • analytical drafting skills
  • foreign languages
  • eligibility to work in the UK/Belgium
Candidates for the senior consultant positions have in addition:
  • a proven track record in leading teams
  • solid experience in managing projects, accounts or similar
  • a keen interest in taking responsibility and initiative
  • a strong network in the business, policy and regulatory field
