Sandvik Mining and Construction in Leoben (Austria) seeks a
Customer Service Audit & Inspection Engineer (f/m)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Promote and implement inspection procedures and engineering audits and drive implementation of recommendations with the customer
  • Ensure machine efficiency initiatives by availability and reliability monitoring
  • Support shutdown planning and provide advisory services
  • Carry out technical inspections on mobile machines and prepare inspection reports
  • Create monthly reports to the Customer and Sandvik on activities, improvements, savings, proposals, recommendations, etc.
  • Track and benchmark actual operating performance and cost data with aid and support from the customer
  • Support during tendering stage and project execution
YOUR PROFILE
  • Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent formal technical qualifications (e.g. FH, TU)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience and working knowledge of Materials Handling or stockyard systems and processes
  • Very good English skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience in safety management and up-to-date onlegislative requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams
  • Ability to negotiate with customers at a senior level
  • Anticipated travel per year >30%
